Delete your account

You can delete your Yeonseup account and its data at any time.
In the app
- Open the menu and tap Account.
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
The same steps work in the web app at app.yeonseup.com, from any browser.
By email
If you can’t sign in anymore, write to support@yeonseup.com from the email address of your account and ask for its deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, then delete the account within one month (10 days for requests under Korean law).
What is deleted
Right away: your account, profile, fitness test results, the programs you created, your training history, your posts and their photos, your likes and reports, your AI usage records, and your purchase history at RevenueCat. Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days. Deleted data can’t be recovered.
We keep nothing else, except where the law requires it.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or it will keep renewing.
